Measuring Team Performance

In this BoF I would like to give a report of the current state of the according GSoC project "Measuring Team Performance in Debian Pure Blends" (but it is not restricted to Blends only). It should not be expected real results. These will be presented at next years DebConf hopefully. The intend of this event is just to collect some additional ideas which might have been overlooked by me as mentor or the student.
