Debichem

Established over 8 years ago, the DebiChem project[1] aims to package Free Software/Open Source chemistry, biochemistry, computational chemistry, cheminformatics and physical chemistry projects for the Debian distribution (and by extension for Ubuntu). This talk will give an overview over the history of the project, an overview of the included packages and the past, present and future challenges in packaging, quality assurance, and interoperability.
