Debian On Google Compute Engine

Google Compute Engine, Google’s cloud virtual machine product, announced support for Debian Squeeze and Wheezy at Google I/O this year.  Google is eager to work closely with the Debian community to ensure a smooth and streamlined experience for users in our cloud.  We are part of the team that delivered the Debian images, and plan to discuss: (1) how we built these images, (2) the challenges we are working through to package and ship Google’s tools in Debian, and (3) our view on the future relationship between Google and Debian.
