IRILL - Research and Innovation on Free Software How do we get a toolchain in Jessie? Purely embedded ARM development is currently undersupported in Debian. We need a toolchain, including GCC, bintools, libc and openocd support for Cortex-M0 and Cortex-M3 chips that works much like the current AVR or 8051 support. This BOF will start with a short presentation by Bdale and me outlining how we're currently managing to do development, with the goal of building some consensus as to how these things should all get packaged, who might be interested in maintaining them and precisely which software is necessary
