Eigen 2011 meeting

The primary goal of this meeting is to advance the development of Eigen 3.1. This will be a time of deep refactoring as we get our internals right once and for all, which is a requirement in order to document them, with the ultimate goal of making it easier for new people to become 'core' Eigen developers.

Another important goal is to help existing Eigen developers understand better the internals of Eigen.
